Amanda trained with Body Control who base their the work on Joseph Pilates, the founder of Pilates as an exercise, this is known as Classical Pilates; a much better and safer method that Fitness Pilates. She is level 4 qualified and a specialist in back pain.
You will find Pilates will strengthen and tone you, and increase your stamina and mobility as well as your posture and body awareness.
