Thia yoga massage is a therapy that has been used in thialand for thousands of years. It has it roots in India and also has chinese influences. It is ideal for gently improving flexibilty, aiding recovery from aches and pains caused by exercise or just day to day activity. It brings the body into an energentic balance by clearing the energy channels of the body. Having a thia massage is like having a nice long relaxing stretch. The massage is conducted fully clothed on a fluton and lasts for an hour. During the treatment the therapist applies pressure which can be gentle and therapeutic or deep depending on preference along the body using the thumbs, palms forehand and sometimes even the feet knees and elbows in a rhythmic manner. Thia yoga massage induces relaxation also while assisting the client into gentle yoga stretches within their ability.
