Stephen Gallini

Music Therapy provides sensory and intellectual stimulation experiences, drawing upon the innate qualities of music to support people of all ages and abilities, helping to develop everyone's potential. It can facilitate communication skills, improve self-confidence and independence, enhance self-awareness, allowing patients the opportunity to explore their own spiritual beliefs.

Stephen is a fully qualified HCPC Registered Music Therapist and Certified NMT Neurologic Music Therapist, with further training in Guided Imagery Music Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Within a holistic person-centred approach, he offers a combination of talking and non-verbal approaches to creatively help you with life's difficulties, including in his sessions also techniques based on meditation, mindfulness practices and breath-work. Stephen’s music therapy sessions are person-centred based, tailored to client's needs and interests, working in a confidential environment. The listening experience in music therapy is focused on emotional, physical, intellectual, aesthetic and spiritual aspects of the music, and it can be used by the therapist to relax or stimulate particular emotional and physical responses.

Within a professional approach, music can really break through where words can't, supporting you on your journey to healing and mind-body-spirit wellbeing.
